Terms of Service and Conditions
Cancellation Policy:
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, you may cancel your order and receive a full refund if a qualifying request for return is received and logged in BEFORE your purchased merchandise ships from our warehouse.
Shipping Policy:
Viper technologies LLC strives to ship your order as quickly as possible. Stock orders will be shipped in standard shipping times which are 2 - 3 working days. However, standard shipping times are not guarantees or promises that a product will ship on a specific day. If you wish to find out the expected date of shipment on a particular item or order, please contact us for more information.
Back-Order Policy:
If we are out of any item at the time of shipment, we will ship the order via the method selected, and note which items are "back-ordered" awaiting resupply at our warehouse. Upon new stock arriving, we will process the balance of the order and ship via the same shipping method of the original order without additional shipping charges. Viper Technologies LLC asks that the customer please allow up to 6 weeks for back-ordered items.
Return Policy:
Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website, on the receipt or packing slip, or in the following terms, Viper Technologies LLC will accept qualified and conforming products for exchange or refund within 30 days of the original date your purchased merchandise ships from our warehouse.
General Guidelines
To qualify for return all products require a Return Authorization (RA) Number prior to being returned, must be 100% complete, in the same condition as when sold, and in the original packaging as provided by the manufacturer. All packing materials, manuals, diskettes, CDs, digital media, blank warranty cards and other accessories and documentation must be included. Kits and other items assembled after purchase must be unassembled and returned in the original packaging. All returns will be inspected and products found to be non-conforming will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Viper Technologies LLC's sole discretion.
Rebates and UPC codes
Products offering mail-in-rebates are non-returnable to Viper Technologies LLC once the rebates have been filed for. Be sure that the product is working and that you intend to keep the product before filing for rebates. Products missing UPC codes are NOT returnable and will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee at Viper Technologies LLC's sole discretion.
Regarding Bundles
Items purchased within a bundle are held within the return guidelines for the individual item as specified in the individual item's listing and in these terms.
Non-qualified returns and Restocking charges
Non-qualified and non-conforming returns are not included in the Viper Technologies LLC return policy and, if returned, will be rejected or subject to a restocking fee of up to 25% at Viper Technologies LLC's sole discretion.
Return Procedure
All returned products will be thoroughly inspected and a determination will be made if eligibility and conforming requirements are met. Please verify the product you are returning meets the below guidelines and qualifies for return to avoid any delay in, or denial of, processing your return. If a non-conforming product is accepted for return Viper Technologies LLC reserves the right to charge a restocking fee up to 25% at Viper technologies LLC's sole discretion. Return processing may take up to 5 business days from the time your product is received.
Inspection Criteria
- Products must be in the original manufacturers packaging, and shipped securely
- Products must be complete with any standard certification labels (UL listing, capacity, brand name, UPC code) originally placed and not tampered with.
- Product serial number, or any similar identification numbers, must match the serial number on the package or invoice (Viper Technologies LLC maintains serial number tracking).
- Products must be free from damage of any type, including, but not limited to dents, scratches, stains, chips, cracks, abuse, defacement or indication of removed screws/fasteners or seals.
- Products so labeled with a security seal, must have the seal intact and not tampered with.
Return Authorization Number
Returns will not be accepted without a valid Return Authorization Number (RA). Unless otherwise specified in the item listing on our website or in our Return policy, you may request a Return Authorization Number (RA) within 30 days of the original date your purchased merchandise ships from our warehouse. RA numbers expire after 30 days, but we encourage you to return the product as soon possible. Any return we receive without a valid RA number will be documented and rejected or subject to a restocking charge at Viper Technologies LLC's sole discretion. Return Shipping
For your protection, we recommend that you insure your return and use a traceable carrier that can provide you with delivery confirmation. Viper technologies LLC shall not be responsible for items returned that are lost or damaged in transit. Postage and handling charges, both to and from our warehouse will be paid by the customer, and are non-refundable. At our discretion, Viper Technologies LLC may reimburse shipping charges related to the return or exchange of defective products inside the U.S. only.
IMPORTANT NOTE:
In the event that the product you are returning does NOT meet the requirements described in this document, we will photograph the merchandise and packaging, and prepare a detailed summary of our determination as to why the return was denied, the product(s) will be deemed not eligible for return and will be returned to you. If ViperSr.com, at our sole discretion, decides to accept a non-qualified item for return, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be assessed.
DISPUTES:
In exchange for accepting this return opportunity and as a condition of the sale, it is agreed that any dispute or claim regarding the product whether for personal injury, financial loss or any other claim, shall be resolved in courts of Montgomery County, Texas as the sole and exclusive venue by applying Texas law without regard to conflicts of law principles by the parties that this Agreement, and all of its terms, shall be interpreted and construed under the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflicts of laws principles. The parties each further agree and acknowledge that they are each fully subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the State of Texas.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY.
IN NO EVENT WILL VIPER TECHNOLOGIES, LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, LOST PROFITS, INCIDENTAL, INDIRECT, COVER OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, WHETHER BASED IN TORT, CONTRACT, NEGLIGENCE, STRICT LIABILITY OR OTHERWISE, ARISING OUT OF THE PURCHASE OR USE OF ANY VIPER TECHNOLOGIES, LLC PRODUCT. THERE IS NO WARRANTY EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED BY VIPER TECHNOLOGIES, LLC FOR ANY PURCHASED PRODUCTS, EXCEPT REFUND OF THE PURCHASE PRICE
